Some of our Ministry Team received an invitation recently to join The District Church for an intimate ministry session with Emma Stark, a Prophet from Glasgow, Scotland. Emma taught for over an hour and in the middle of her teaching, she prophesied over Pastor Jeremiah Royall and the resonance that he is leading.

Emma:

The Spirit of the Lord says this to your church particularly (The District Church, DC), He says there is a need to constantly be asking for an Issachar capability lest you get out of time and the Lord says you are going to have to find some Christian drummers who are going to drum according to the Spirit and not according to what is valued in drumming in the world, seriously.  And the Lord is saying this, you will have to drum the people back into the Isaachar timings.  This is going to look strange.  Do we have a drummer in the room? (Jeremiah raises his hand) Right.  Work with me.  And you told me you like art in Amsterdam.

Have you ever seen such serious days? Come, talk to me.  Bring the drum to your chair.  What band do you play in?  ‘Resonance.’  Is it a Christian band?  Pretend you're not.  We’re going to play a bit.  Just a little beat of rhythm.  Without any sort of Christian … or praying in tongues or thinking about the Spirit.  Doesn’t really matter. Just start to beat a drum.  Now do I feel Galatians 5:25?

Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.

Do I feel like I’m in step with the Spirit?  Do I feel like you’re beating an Issachar timing over me?  (Jeremiah doing random, worldly drumming on the box) No.  Just stop.  But most of worship is kind of like it’s a good rhythm to kind of carry us along through a melody.  Yes?  Ok.  What if I said be anointed?  And put a people into time.  What’s your name again? ‘Jeremiah.’  

(Emma was taken aback by the strength of ‘Jeremiah’s’ prophetic name, almost comical, or perhaps just prophetically perfect for the moment….) 

May you never be put into a pit of miry clay burn your skin off in Jesus’ name. So, let's just go into anointing alright.  You can do that, you’re anointed, you know the spirit of God. There’s as much Jesus in you as there is in me.  Yeah. Right, Jeremiah.  So, let's think differently, if I'm standing in worship, and there’s an anointed rhythm because you can hear sometimes the melodies and the rhythms of heaven, can’t you? Yeah yeah, you’re supposed to write more music than you currently do but you know that.  So, start to give me a rhythm that gets me into time with the Spirit of God. You can do it; I believe in you.  Put your hand on his back, you might need to …. You can do it.  This is what you’re made for.  You’re made to put people back into the rhythm of heaven.  Somebody give him a tissue as well. 

(Jeremiah began to weep and was having trouble even answering Emma at this point.)

Come on, you can do it, you can do it. God calls you pure.  God calls you spotless.  And God calls you necessary for this epoch of time and if not, I’m just going to tap my fingers and we’ll march.  But I’m going to give you a moment, just {exhale}.  Look how soft you are to the things of the Spirit.  Man…you’re epic.  Right, come on.  Rhythm my friend. Even just 2 or 3 beats.  Keep going.  It’s a slightly different anointing isn’t it.  Now you can start to feel, I want you to feel that in your very being.  It sounds like it’s weird but it’s Gal 5:25, and some of you are going, I feel like I might be getting in time with the Spirit of God.  So, I’m going to sit in it.  Now your pal over here is starting to tap.  Who is this?  Don’t stop Jeremiah, don’t stop.  What’s your name? John.  Lord, John and Jeremiah, what a pair, ok, you’re tapping, you tap away.  So you’re starting to see that actually we are prophets. I know roll your eyes a little, but at the same time we are starting to find syncopation of Issachar and suddenly I’m getting healed, and suddenly I’m coming alive, because I can feel the rhythm of heaven and the pace of God, and suddenly I’m in that place …I mean we are only ….and practicing a little bit. Here we are now in the pace of Issachar and we are starting to come alive to the times of the season and you need to go straight into your diaries in the spirit and you need to start to see what God is starting to pull out because we are not in the rhythm of the season and you are going to know as you sit under the anointing of the rhythm of the season as revelation and the spirit of revelation for revelation 19 starts to come into the room. You’re going to start to know what your priorities are because you’re sitting under the anointing of rhythm of God that starts to say you need to put your hands to this because you’re building for the Kingdom and this is the Kingdom timing and this is the Kingdom priority and you need to, don’t just look at me, you need to start to come into an understanding, 

District Church and Pals (us), of what your priorities are, as God says you have come out of time and now, I’m starting to put that back in through Jeremiah the Gen Z drummer.  Now he’s on a roll.  How does that feel, my lovely?  Good.  Good. Do you see how easily you transitioned between; do you see you just got the syncopation of Heaven?  Did you spot the difference?  Wasn’t dull to you?  You can apply that in church... On the street…Wherever you do your stuff.  Where do you play mostly?  At the church, our church, in Ashland, Virginia. Right one of the V’s (DMV).  But you can play that, and you can get a ‘whole’ people, without them even knowing it, into the secret timings, Gen 49.

 (Perhaps this is a reference to the fact that Jacob knew what was going to happen in the upcoming history and made it clear, and we would need to be doing this as Issachar prophets and drummers.) 

Yes? ok.  It’s going to have to be a constant thing, that you sit with the drummers.  I’m giving you tools.
